C	Chee Beng KOH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for the Glacier Cruise and it was a nice short walk to the lake. The lake is super beautiful and cold. Amy is our guide n she’s super entertaining n fun.

The guide was very nice and explaining well, and we got to touch ice and even tasted it in person and see glaciers. In total 8 people got on the boat. If you go with kids, they will love it definitely.
H	Howard Banwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to agree with other reviewers that (i) this trip feels expensive for what it provides, and (ii) if you have the time and energy to walk along the lakeside you will see the lake, the glacier wall and the icebergs (though obviously not as close up as on the water). Having said that, the company does have some fairly high overheads in terms of boat and jetty maintenance, and on a beautiful day (which we had) the walk to the lake and the boat trip itself are thoroughly enjoyable. Also, the staff are really professional, our boat guide was informative and attentive to questions, and the scenery and icebergs are perfectly gorgeous on the lake. I'm glad we did it.
M	Matthew Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome knowledgeable and friendly staff (the bus driver from Te Awamutu and the young girl - I think her name was Jess who drove the boat were both awesome). Highly recommended the tour and putting this into your plans if you are visiting the national park. Take a windbreaker/jacket for the boat too with the chilly breeze. Definitely worth the $. Thanks team!

But how many people experience this adventure boat tour in a unique glacier lake? tour price is down to $99 now since Covid 19. very reasonable price compare to used to be $179? 3 hours tour combines with walk, bus ride sigh-seeing, and approx one hour on boat. (depend on the weather). once you up to the glacier lake, you would find out how breathtaking is the view of surrounding. snow mountain and glacier lake.

V	Vivian Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best experience we have had in South Island. Our whole family loved it. We had the family package price, so its not too bad. We have learned the history and changes of these beautiful glaciers... Stunning view! The guides are professional and knowledgeable. One of the must do experience. Reminder: need comfortable shoes and walk for approx 15mins to get to the lake with the group. My 5yrs old just needed some breaks, but 7yrs old was all good!

Can't get any better than this, you get up close and personal with the iceberg that broke off from the glacier itself. Anyone who is visiting Mt Cook have to go check this out. The team is very professional and knowledgeable. Our boat captain was even funny and fun. There is however an element of luck involved, the weather needs to cooperate and the icebergs need to be safe enough to approach. So please don't blame the team if you can't get an up close encounter.. On top of that excellent boat tour, you get a nice easy hike with a view from the parking lot to the boat jetty.
