★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girls working here didn’t look like they wanted to be here at all. Felt like they were watching and judging us while we walked around the shop, very unfriendly, when asking for a price we were responded to with check the tag. No greeting were given when we entered or goodbyes when we left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothes are decent but the staff are always really unpleasant to deal with and make you feel very uncomfortable while shopping. As a regular I wish that that I could be greeted with a smile at least

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were unfriendly and didn't smile or approach us at all. My daughter tried on some clothes while a girl stood near changing rooms looking like she didn't want to be at work. We handed her the clothes that didn't fit and she said nothing at all. We left to shop elsewhere. My daughter said it was the same last time she was in that store a few months ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad attitude of a girl who’s wearing a purple tops and jeans, no smile. I came all the way down to Queenstown from Christchurch, didn’t expect could be this disappointed. Will never coming back again and not recommend it for any customer who would love to have a great shopping experience at Glassons in Queenstown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worse service I've ever received, I wouldn't even call it service! I was actually in disbelief how rude and snotty the workers were when I was in the store. I walked past at least 3 of them when I first walked in and not one greeted me, was struggling to find something in the store and 1 worker stood right next to me doing something else without any offer of help and the young girl on the counter who 'served' me... 2 words - STINK ATTITUDE! After she had grumpily processed my order I was asked if I wanted a bag which I replied no thanks, then my clothes were just chucked onto the counter and she walked away without a word said. Soo rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. I felt so unwelcome coming into the store. The girls looked at me and even under their masks I could even see a frown. A hello might have been nice. I tried on a skirt and asked for a different size and she took sooo long as if she was having a chat to someone. As I brought my clothes and left I still felt unwelcome she was just rude. I didn't feel like I should be there. I work on customer service and that is no way to treat a customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work in hospitality and I’d be fired on the spot if I spoke to and looked at customers the way the employees do at this store. A smile would be nice, but a glare is unexceptional. Glassons has a reputation for rude employees but the Queenstown store excels in this category unfortunately. I said I’d rather buy my clothes online than give the store my sale. Never going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My visit here was surprisingly pleasant after reading the reviews before I went in. I had A+ customer service from a young girl. The store was exceptionally clean and the girls working had set a really nice atmosphere for me and other customers.
I visited about a week ago :)
