★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s an upstairs section as well which is good; and they had products in stock that’d sold out in most other Macpac shops. Was only in town for a couple of days and needed a scarf to go snowboarding, they had AMPLE stock of the one I wanted for only $30 (WINNING)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given this review because of the fantastic service. I was looking for a pair of hiking boots and couldn't find a pair that were comfortable for my needs. The lady in the shop referred me into another store and drew a mud map of where to go. Needless to say that store couldn't help either so I ended up going back to buy a more expensive pair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a jacket here on my honeymoon. The instore sales people talked up the quality and the warranty of macpac products. My occasional use jacket last 3 seasons before the zipper failed. Macpac denied the claim and said its normal wear and tear. Not such a great warranty and definitely not designed with sustainability in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff and good selection of products. I want to point out there was a Person (I think her name was Lisa) which gave really great costumer service! Made me feel super welcome and had great knowledge of products. Makes me drop into the store everytime I am around the area!
