★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entered the store a little after my mum on a sunny saturday afternoon.
That was about as pleasant as it was. Assistant was very standoffish had her hands on her hips and gave short passive aggressive answers.
She gave better service to another woman who was tasting and never bought anything yet mum left the store with 3 bottles.
Thankfully this store isnt a regular.
If your looking for service with a wider range then go to fine wine co in mt wellington

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy gifts from these guys. A year ago I purchased a personalized whiskey for a special gift. It arrived wrong and despite the manager saying he would sort it out, I'm still waiting. No reply to my emails either. Pretty disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff - I bought a couple of bottles as presents and they offered to send them out from the store to save me packing and posting. I guess they have much more experience sending bottles than I do. Great approach will definitely shop there again.
