★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left this place very upset. I took in a brand new, unworn item to be altered/hemmed that sadly is now completely unwearable. No refund was offered when I went back in, which is really upsetting and not ok. Would not recommend.

I had a bit of a complicated alteration that required additional fabric that was quite niche and I wasn't convinced could be matched, however the lovely Seamstress did an amazing job finding almost exactly the same fabric required and the finished product is flawless - you could never even tell! Will definitely be coming back here in the future and recommend to all.
