★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Improperly stored wine= bad moldy bottles. A reasonable selection but every bottle is sitting upright without temp regulation (why would you do this??!). Purchased 4 bottles. 2 of which were covered in mold. They did exchange them, but the replacements were also moldy. Exchanged them again for a different selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged me TWICE for the same bottle of wine!! And now I can't reach anyone there!!
This place had a good selection of wine, but when the man told me to run my credit card again, he assured me that it did not go through and I would not be charged twice. (I told him I was concerned about this).
When I saw my credit card statement, sure enough there were two charges for the same bottle of wine!!!
Now I have been chasing them for two weeks for a credit! This seems to be a large wine dealer, so I am surprised that for $39.99 that I overpaid, they couldn't manage to give me a credit!!
Next call: Better Business Bureau!!
