★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time here.
1st time spoilt with Family accommodation, second time we had a bunk over a double bed, which was hard against the wall. far too old to scramble over a body in the middle of the night.
Owners friendly, and room clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff very welcoming. The beds in the cabins were surprisingly comfy. Just far enough away from the motorway to be peaceful and quiet yet still a few minutes from Timaru's main attractions. The highlight for the kids was definitely the pool and they're already asking to come back. Safe to say we will be visiting again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great holiday park. Good location for us. Nice to see they still have saucepans knives plates etc. So many places have stopped providing these items. Everything was clean. We hired a cabin that did need some fresh air when we arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turned up to stay 1 night in self contained camper.
Quoted $35.
To stay amongst some grotty looking caravans.
Come on.!!.
Ended up at caroline bay on beach, free for up to 3 nights self contained.
If u want business u really need to rethink prices.
The top 10 in town offer much much nicer facilities and outlook for same price.
Sorry but this is a honest review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved staying here. The 2 bedroom motel was perfect for what we needed (A two year old and a 3.5 year old needing separate rooms) and by far the best value place in Timaru for a family. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't understand some of the reviews.(they seem to be old posts). We often take our caravan to this g8reat little camp. Only 5 min. drive to town centre.Traditional kiwi holiday. Not too crowded.Lovely trees give shade, but also affect tv reception if in wrong site. The pool is a drawcard. Plenty for kids to do. Lounge and kitchen very nice . Everything Clean. There is a laundry charge. At busy times it can be hard to get a machine. Nice friendly staff.
Pretty camp. The only advice to owners would be to move the old caravans to storage area. This would improve the image of the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was really expensive for a non powered site at $38! Expected it to be more well kept for that was more like a grotty trailer park for people who lived there long term . Toliet block was dark and old something you expect for $10 a night. Could hear traffic at all hrs to as next to highway
