We are thrilled to finally have an online presence, now our customers can purchase our statement making footwear from anywhere in New Zealand. No longer are we limited by location, you can now shop with us anytime day or night.
Bringing the most unique and innovative styles and designs to the footwear market, its great to see that our products are different from most other retailers. Our Products are manufactured around the world, mostly from the European market. Our aim is to provide our customers, You, with the best the market has to offer. Our old-fashioned service is offered to make your presence instore more inviting and more customer focused. Global shoes is a family run business, with a background in retail or footwear and clothing.
The knowledge of footwear retail has been passed down by generations, having small factories in Fiji, we learned a lot about the structure and materials used which helped make our way into the retail market.
Since opened in 2005, 3 years ago we opened our Clothing store “Be U” (www.beu.co.nz), which has proved that our customers love our styles and designs. Footwear is an important part in your wardrobe and at GLOBAL SHOES our aim is for our customers to feel great and make heads turn everytime they wear our unique and different shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a pair of boots from here. I got told they were well made and high quality (they were not cheap). After wearing them only a handful of times, the stitching came undone. I went back and asked for a refund or replacement. He said no and made fun of the fact that by the time I got them back, I wouldn't need boots anymore as it would be summer. When I got them back, they way they were fixed was shocking and I got told it was my fault they needed fixing in the first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of summer shoes which I was told weren't made in China (as I avoid Chinese made shoes) but they were. The heels fell apart after two wearings and I took them back just after Christmas. I wanted a refund as I felt the quality of the heels reflected the quality of the shoes but was told they would be repaired. I heard nothing back until I rang today, two months later, and was told all documentation had been lost in a flood so I couldn't be contacted. Summer is virtually over and I'm going to the northern hemisphere tomorrow. When I explained this the owner said "it will be summer there soon" which I thought extremely rude. I am very unhappy with this service.
