โ โ โ โ โ I was in store today and received exceptional service. Only sorry I didn't get her name. They didn't have the NB shoe in my size but it was available online. I was unsure which size I would need and she happily found pairs in a similar style for me to try. She then took it a step further and offered to order them for me. At no time did I need to prompt her for further assistance. She exceeded my expectations...thank you so much.
