★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time visiting the salon after first visit feeling very satisfied with my pedicure and manicure shape. This time I went for a French Nail in gel. As I was aware the salon is close to its closing time, I asked if they could squeeze me in, my beautician was very kind and said I've enough time for a gel-coating. She was very detail-oriented and made sure my nails look fabulous!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to like going there to get my nails done. I was a regular. But today, when it was just me getting my nails done the ladies working were taking their time and waited for it to get busy. Took almost and hour and a half just to get dipping powder done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad time management. Made an appointment 3 weeks ago because I knew the day would be busy but they took walk ins and I had to wait over 40 minutes before they started on me. Not sure why they take appointments if they don’t give them priority. Actual work was nice. Have been here a few times now but not happy with their service at all given this because I missed my next appointment due to the delay. Also staff member brushed past and dropped my purse that was hanging off the chair and she didn’t stop to pick it up or apologize. I understand that they are busy but still. Don’t recommend if you are on a timeline but if you have time to kill then it’s all good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to come here often. But over time the service just got worse . They take almost 3 hours just to do sns dipping or acrylic. The ladies do your nails and then mid way get up and do someone else’s nails. It’s just not done and is a waste of time coming here. 100% would not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually come here and I’ve never had a problem. But today ! The fact that I did not get a discount from them for cutting my skin (which was bleeding for a good 3mins and was sore) , for not listening to me when I said this nail was uneven and for also taking up to 3 hours to do my nails ? This will be my last time coming here. Really wish the old manager was here because it seems to be they’ve gone down hill now days with their service.
