Got white tips and the gel was only one coat.??zZzZ I new at place due to friend waiting to get her nails done there I should’ve just got my nails done at my usual where coating w gel is 3x cause that how the nails last longer. Ugggh even worse they didn’t even clean the nail polish off completely I still had patchy nail polish I could see after my tips were done. Could do better thank you particularly with that price could’ve done a better job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received Hybrid Lash Extensions here for $75. I have had lashes done several times before at places elsewhere but never have I felt more pain while getting my lashes done. Whilst the lash tech was applying my lashes I noticed firstly that she was applying them super quickly as if she was rushing. It seemed as if she was not letting the glue set on my lashes and my eyes felt like they were burning. Initially I felt awkward to say anything but the pain was so unbareable I had to tell her I was in pain. They then started fanning my lashes for about a minute and then continued. The pain didn’t go away when she went to my next eye and I told her it was so sore and both of the lash techs started to giggle. I put it down to them maybe not understanding what I was saying but regardless it seemed like they didn’t care for my well-being. At the end I said again that my eyes were so sore so they got me to fan my lashes again. They then asked for me to lie down again to take a photo for their Instagram??? It made me feel so upset, as if they cared more about their IF post than their clients well-being. Needless to say I left the salon bawling my eyes out from the pain. Please don’t go here if you are getting lashes. It’s not worth paying cheap for a service like that. I have contacted them personally so they’re aware too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get my lashes done and it hasn’t been a full week & most of them are coming off already. When I got home that same day I got my lashes done, both ends were not glued on properly and it looked rushed. There were gaps in between my lashes too that made it look like it had already fallen off. Overall, their store is pretty clean & well presentable. I believe your workers need to be trained more.

The ladies not only have the technical skills but also the social skills in this shop.
I was warmly welcomed, even without an appointment.
It was very hygienic, fast and clean worked.
Finally I found a real professional nail shop and will come regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit and probably my last. Thought to go since it looked nice and very clean. But the service was not what I’d expected.
The lady that did my pedicure didn’t do it very well, my toe nails were all uneven, some were trimmed some were not. In the end I had to tell her make it all the same.
No air condition instead they left the doors open and sand flies were all over me while having the treatments. Told the lady about it but she just shrugged it off like she didn’t understand a word I was uttering. The ladies continue to speak loudly in their language and totally ignore. Not going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into this appointment nervous because I had never had a Brazilian before and my previous nail service experience (at a different salon) was horrible. The lovely woman who took care was me was amazing. She kept making sure I was comfortable and happy with the service she was providing. She was friendly and had a natural caring nature which made me feel welcome and comfortable. I wish I got her name so I could thank her personally. I’ll definitely be a returning customer :)
