★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 7am (best time to shop) staff are very helpful, and its nice to Acknowledge them on their service, as they have a full day of work ahead of them, and lets face it they will encounter an odd grumpy customer, so try and do your shopping at 7 and I guarantee youll come away happy and what a way to start your day off yay.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the best place to do shopping... Workers are very welcoming also helpful... Always have good deals... Honestly recommend that you shop here ? today was one of my hardest days shopping as I have a new born and toddler my new born was crying as I was trying to load my shopping on to the counter as a worker and a stranger helped pack it back in the trolley ? also when I was walking out with baby in my arms pushing the trolley the lady at the door asked if I needed help as I proceed to say no thank you she still come outside to offer a hand ? so thank you new world workers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked what the price of the bleach was as the sticker said it was out of stock but it wasn't. The staff member said 'pandemic'. I asked the question again. Slowly. He walked away leaving us both confused. It's getting worse people. Stores aren't adjusting supply & demand according to high demand for basics. They're still not understanding back end reporting & how it can help during supply staff restrictions. They don't care. I'm disgusted. Feels like they don't understand English or basic pricing or the supply & demand curve & I keep upskilling them but not getting anywhere. It an Indian thing because the theme is so obvious & inconsistent. You guys are disgusting & don't deserve to be in a position of food supply. I am SO ANGRY!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and tidy at the time of my visit. Seems well taken care of in Papatoetoe too. Experience is better if compared to Pak n Save as usually is. Of course it is a bit expensive than Pak n Save as everyone knows..
