It did not work as I would have liked.
They sorted out a solution that was agreeable. A fine came in for the truck for the Northen tunnel. I was not advised that I would have to pay this in the agreement. They paid.
So although I had issues with the hire vehicle the customer service was actually on point.
I would consider using their services again solely on the prompt, correct, friendly, and definitely understanding if not actually caring service.
Robots cannot do what the front of house team here have done.
From the reception to management.
The brand May be “BUDGET” but the service is top class.
You get 5 stars.

When you ask why this happen they will treat you like an idiot. When I showing them again again its effpos money out, not pending they will just ignore and keep saying this will refund in next few hours. btw the staff named Asad Ali.
The over charged still not refund even when return the truck 4 days later.
The branch manager Rohit Kapoor is extremely rude as well, wont listen, wont see the bank statement, ONLY keep saying " talk to your bank if you think we are over charge".
what a unbelieve story... I been over week and half, still over charge, still no refund
