★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salesperson lied to me. I asked him if he owned the Jaguar parked outside and he said no. Minutes later, I noticed the ring he was wearing which was worth more than my house. Therefore, I deducted that he did infact own that Jaguar. The service was good though and we got a good deal on the part we needed.

After being stuffed about by Hoover.so.nz (I wanted a smartwash as per TV ads, they had my money for over 10 days and still hadn't shipped it, and when I called I was told it would be at least another week as they had only just got stock it. I requested a refund, had to escalate it to a manager before they did one as I was orginially told to reject it when it arrived and they would refund when it was received back by them!) I contacted Godfrey's as I knew they did them too. Received it next working day. Staff member was polite and efficient, will definitely buy from them again when I need cleaning solution, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just purchased our stick vacuum from Sonam. He was absolutely amazing to deal with. His knowledge of all machines was commendable also. We blew our budget by $200 - but truly felt we left with a better vacuum than we expected to get. He walked us through a very thorough demonstration and answered every question I had (eg warranty, how easy it will be to fix and get parts etc). Would highly recommend him to friends and family. We felt listened to and look forward to using our new Vacuum :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a vacuum from here 3 years back but started to have a few issues. We spent good money so thought we have it fixed rather than buy a new one. Got served by Ginnie who was really helpful, ended up being filters which were not cleaned often. He even cleaned the whole machine for us for no charge which we did not expect and were very pleased about.
Its hard nowadays getting service like this, so a big thumbs up.
