★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10days for vaccum service waited 18 days still hadnt heard anything, and probably just service after my call. No service at shop ,3 customers waited and 1 walked out. ( this was a weekday not weekend) also did not stock my vaccum bag. My vaccum is 1 year old and bought from there. Not sure what has happened but very Unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a vacuum few days ago. The sales person at manukau recommended this vacuum, paid$700. Price is ridiculous. Vacuums aren't that good compared with price to quality. I suggest to people only buy during Xmas, boxing day sales otherwise it's not worth it.They only give warranty for 2 years because they know their vacuums don't last that long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people convince you to purchase a vacuum that comes with free servicing of the vacuum for 10 years. I dropped Vacuum off on 23 March and advised it could take 7 to 10 days. I phone 1 April for an update and advised it was ready for pick up since 26th March. When asked if someone was going to call & advise me and I'm told the technician should have......service is pitiful!!! I'm now actually hoping they did service my vacuum properly cos it wasn't cheap!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. I bought a vaccum and there was a lock defect , I saw and went to the outlet just after one use. They refused to fix and were doubtful whether it would be fixed or not.Instead of solving this matter they blamed me that I might have used in a wrong way. They said there is no defect from manufacturing method. But how is it possible that there could not be any manufacturing defect , it can happen anytime.
Don't buy products from them, if you guys buy just check there on the spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 weeks ago I bought my old rotating vaccum cleaner head in as it had stopped rotating. The brushes were still picking up the pet fur but were stuck around the brushes .
The staff said I needed a new vacc head. I paid $89 for a new one . Using it twice it literally wasn't rotating nor picking up any fur . I went back but you are closed. I have been to two other stores and both have said its not the brush head, but the vaccum cleaner itself. So i paid 89$ for nothing. Not happy.
