Always stocked full of beautiful, seasonal clothing, fashion accessories and a really cool range of curated designer homewares and gifts for her and him! Super friendly staff, convenient parking and Wild Wheat bakery next store for coffee and a loaf. A true gem in Mt Albert always worth the visit!

Awesome selection, from kicking around at home gear to going some where swanky stuff; they’ve got it all PLUS super helpful, friendly staff who aren’t a bit intimidating and won’t mind you popping in for a look see. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Thing are the "best thing" to happen to Mt Albert. Such an incredible team of women who take the time to chat (or leave you alone if that's how you prefer to roll). Being in-store is like getting a giant hug. I've never left without making a purchase, the product range is amazing! Well worth the visit, even if you don't live in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and ethical clothes, books, gifts and bags. I can rarely afford to buy anything here, but I recently got a GORGEOUS bag (layby darling) by ELK. It's practical as it is lovely. Very nice service, well curated items. The ethical production and local experience is costly but well worth it.

It’s always dangerous to go in and try anything on as I not only love all their stunning pieces, the honest and beautiful staff make it an ease to add them to your wardrobe. Love having this local treasure so handy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We looked online at a product before coming instore to get it, after scanning the cashier gave us a price that was $60 dearer, we said that didnt seem right because the cost on their website indicated otherwise - the lady simply replied shrilly "i dont know whats going on!" , we stepped aside to allow her to serve the next customer while we tried to find the page on the site, she looked physically annoyed and impatient as we did. When we showed her the webpage she continued loudly "i dont know what's happening!" While she went to find the manager, who found what was wrong in the system (the cashier misscanned and then typed in the wrong number). No apology from the cashier. We paid the right amount then left, but sadly wont return again. An "apologies for the hassle i'll check that for you" would have sufficed. Horrible customer service.
