never been disappointed from their stuff though the cost is little on higher side as compared to the competition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time i had encountered the most disappointing, unacceptable and unimaginable experience from a retail shop courtesy of a store manager named "TJ" in this branch. I dont know how he was able to get the manager position of thia branch with the attitude I got from him yesterday was really an epic out of this world. I pick up one of the jackets they were selling and was wanting to try it on and ask him where the fitting room is and he replied straight with the the exact words "there is no fitting room here, if you want it then just buy it and go home" to my surprise...coz how would people be able to tell if item their buying will fit them if they couldnt even try them on, i thought. and then a second later he said...ow there is.. come...he was pointing at the fitting room tucked on the other side of the shop..which infuriated me and said to him ..you dont joke around customers like that and I was really upset and said to him...never mind I will not buy this item anymore..at that instance..he even said something really disturbing of an attitude of someone who has a lot of arrogance in his voice ..Saying .." if you dont like it then leave and go out of my shop"...it was only my wife that prevented me from smacking this guy..totally dumb and unprofessional...I will never ever recommend this shop and this guy should be fired straight away..He doesnt deserve to be working in this industry..((((((

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too good customer service , short story..shutter was down 4 mins left for day to finish up 14th May , popped in for Jacket change that too from online order , so fast perfect and chill all sorted quickly its really rare scene..thanks to wonderful service girls appreciated!!
