β β β β β This place cost me an arm and a leg. Got two dosa plates which was very disappointing. My daughter tasted it and said it was off. Also ordered three types of curries and 5 puri. Puri were fantastic but the curries were very average.
Also got One bottle of water and One mango lassi. Guess what she ended up throwing her lassi away.
All this for $90 and extra $5.00 for small container of plain rice. Talk about daylight robery. Never heading to this place again.

β β β β β This place is bit of a mixed bag. Some of the curries were actually tasty, though the banana methi was atrociously sweet and noone wanted to eat it. Owner was nice but pretty pushy, we asked for suggestion on what to order and it ended up being way too much food and super expensive for a low key takeaway meal. He kept trying to add on even more stuff which was annoying

A huge range of Vegan/Cegetarian dishes to choose from.
All the dishes were very good especially the Vegetable fried rice.
The prices are very good too.
Would recommend to try and will go back.

β β β β β Pure vegetarian food, a large variety of dishes to opt. Owner is in the business and provides good service. Comparatively large dining area, hygiene and clean. They also have a 300 person capacity hall to cater for weddings or any other functions.

β β β β β I ordered the standard meal with an extra roti and green chutney, the Sabjis (Curries) comes with 2 - I got were zucchini and potato, and chickpeas
Not too bad in terms of taste, however the sad thing which made me review 3/5 is the fact the rotis were stale ? also the popadom was no good β¦
Come on guys, re heated rotis taste like cardboard

Govinda Restaurant has very tasty, fresh, soothing food, prepared in the Sattvic way (meaning pure essence). Sattvic foods are thought to be pure and balanced, offering feelings of calmness, happiness, and mental clarity ?βΊ It's not overly spicy or salty or oily, just good food ??
We finished off the meal with some beautiful masala chai β
There is a banquet hall for hire for weddings and parties ?? Attached to the restaurant is the Bhakti Centre, which is also a temple ??
