★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid etc aside I’ve spent the day on the phone trying to get a late parcel - after assurances it will be delivered today I check the tracking which says it’s signed and received - I don’t have it - I think there’s been one time in about 10 that PBT have managed to deliver a parcel within a week - . PBT are the worst courier company I’ve dealt with. Avoid them at all costs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I was REALLY worried after reading the below reviews and panicked over my parcels the entire time waiting. However, on this occasion I will give props.
My parcels came 4 working days late however the driver mustve felt my anxiety in the air as I was really impressed by how the driver dropped the parcels at my door.
I had two large parcels delivered but the issue is that the house porch is basically wide open. Anyone and everyone could see then take the parcels.
So the driver had the knack to put the parcels in an empty recycling bin and turn it upside down as if to signal "empty".
Ill take the hit for it being four days late as the driver displayed his care for the security of the package on delivery. The parcels had over $1000 worth of merch in there so I am extremely grateful.
O do hope the delivery times improve in future but till then, thank you to the driver doing the Kelburn route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How could a company this bad still allowed to be operated in this 21 century!!! where we have way way better other courier services available!!!! Bad delivery system. It's easier to win a lotto than getting them over the email and phone. And even if you can manage to contact them, you will get no help but excuses. one of my parcel was delivered at wrong address and they didn't even care to solve the issue but blaming me. When I showed them it was their fault, they never replied to my email. I had to knock every single of my neighbors door to find that parcel. My another parcel took two weeks to get delivered where other guys does it overnight. StraitNZ brings my pallet overnight where last year I had to wait bloody 3 weeks for my pallet So, businesses, For the sake of humanity, never use PBT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people here seem to make up their own hours. I've driven up twice to get my package when they told me they were open and when I got there no one was around. The second time I spoke with them in advance and they told me they would be open till 11am Saturday, but when I got there they were closed again. Their call center assured me they were open till 11am and gave me the receptionist's number. When I got a hold of her she said no, they close at 10:30am. So far two Saturday mornings wasted and I still don't have my package. This is what I paid $200 for?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Experience - Ordered something over 2 weeks ago and has still not arrived. Have rung up 3 times for me to told “it should be delivered today” and still nothing. Seems like they just scan and leave. If you can use NZ post it’s 5000x better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If anyone follows my reviews, you will know that I never post a negative review without trying to sort out directly with the company. So, for me to do this is pretty much unprecedented.
PBT...you have "lost" an $1800 patio cover that you were contracted (by the SELLER) to deliver. You cannot therefore expect the recipient (with whom you have NO CONTRACT) to contact the seller to let them know you've lost their goods and to arrange refund/follow-up!!! This is not a small item to "lose" either! Seriously, this was sent by overnight courier from Auckland to Lower Hutt. How could you lose something this large? Did it get" lost" in someone's van just in time for Xmas???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience!!! Their tracking of an item from Blenheim to Wellington showing parcel in transit for 11 days. Their website shows weekday hours 8 - 5.30. When I called 5.03pm the answering service stated I called outside of business hours of 8 - 5pm. I called the next day and the service desk advised that the parcel has already arrived 7 days ago and she confirmed me contact phone number (which was correct). She said she will email and get the local branch to contact me which they still have not done. I was on hold to get through to the local branch for more than 20 minutes and had to put the call hold down. Very disappointing and would recommend sellers on Trademe not using this company if they want satisfied buyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience and PBT Couriers and unlike many of the reviews, had a completely different experience which was positive. I placed an order with a company I hadn't dealt with before and they promptly sent me the PBT Courier tracking details. I was able to view the online status of my order. It was sent in two different packages on different days but both arrived together and according to the PBT tracking status. Ella from customer services was very helpful too in sending them both out together. Can recommend.
