Happily charges people $20 to park there for a couple of hours but when a little girl asked to go to the toilet her eyes watering cause she couldnβt hold it in anymore they said they canβt let her go because of hygiene reasons! Whatβs so dirty about a little girl?! Saw the girl left crying because she told her mum she wet her pants! Ridiculous!

β β β β β Zero stars from me. And no more purchases. These guys proactively ask if a customer wants a plastic bag, and then oblige! (it's got no handles....apparently, that makes it a non-plastic bag!) What a rort. And shame on Grafton Convenience store for acting against the spirit of the law (even if they're not technically breaking it).

β β β β β The closest convenience store to the hospital and the grafton campus outside of the hospital area. Getter busier since around 6 months ago, when their competitor a few store away decided to close their business. Price are varied though most are reasonable, especially for a convenience shop. The store layout is quite cramped.
