★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vegetarian quiche is basically just egg, a little cheese and frozen peas, carrot and green beans. Probably not even Watties frozen veges. The ham in normal quiche is also poor quality. My advice: add salt and pepper, some fresh greens and tomato, maybe some feta.
