β β β β β I have dealt with Kishor and the team at WinMac on and off for many years now (2005) when I brought my first computer and printer and as a old man they have always given me excellent service and free advice when needed. Their fee was good and quick to help out plus they offered to deliver to my place and install the necessary downloads needed and check that all was working correctly at home. That was really what I needed as setting up a Wi-Fi is not what older people know much about.
Ps, WinMac prices are very reasonable so I recommend them A+ service. Graeme J.

We have been dealing with kishor and is team for the last 15 years dealing with all our Apple products, (iphones, ipads, imac computers and any other products we have needed. They have always been willing to go the extra mile to sort things out for us.

β β β β β Took brother's laptop in to get screen replaced as there was a problem with the display. They cracked the screen when trying to replace it, which made the damage much much worse, and they ended up not being able to get a replacement screen either, leaving us stuck with a cracked laptop screen. Go to them at your own risk.

β β β β β I have a very bad experience on this shop when I sent my iMac for repair. A dodgy sales person, has quoted a price for repair and that we have agreed upon. But when I received the invoice, it turned out that the price is higher than what we have agreed initially. It's really disappointing after asking why the price changed, yet we already agreed the price for repair, he gave many excuses and wanted me just to pay the amount and leave. Very dishonest person, not good to have business with. Customer be warned!

I came in with an issue for my PC and both Kishor and Jackie were very quick to lay down a report and solve numerable issues out of good service and good will.
