β β β β β Usually you have to get a booking before you get to get your food! But we were lucky to get a table without booking yesterday! Maybe people went away and the place is not packed . It was good, food came around quite fast with no delay, choose whatever you want as the waitress walk along for customer to choose the food. Service is good and food tastes good too, nice place to have friends for a catch up .

β β β β β Came here on long weekend and it was mayhem. Waited 30 mins but expected and was well organized. Food came out quick and surprisingly the food was still hot/ warm. If you are looking for a decent yum cha place for family get together- this is the one.

β β β β β We booked a table ahead of the time at 12. And they made us wait for 1 hour, before we can get a table. People who didn't book got a table just waiting for 40 mins. Their excuse is we are 7 people and their no large table available. But we booked !! What the point of table booking then make people wait for 1 hour ? Food is just ok, not worth the wait.. Never coming back ....

β β β β β Iβve never rated the service here but have historically found the food good & the proximity from hospital appointments making it an easy choice. However, donβt think Iβll be coming back after todays experience. Within a few minutes of being seated we found a cockroach walking along the tablecloth & onto wall (which was close to the kitchen). We told one of the senior(?) managing staff there who apologised profusely. Shifted to another table immediately to then only find the sticky rice lotus leaf wrap (lo mai gai) that we had just ordered had a long piece of hair in it ? showed the front staff with blue hair this, who immediately snatched it off the table yelling βhairβ in mandarin to the other staff. Then comes back a few minutes later asking unapologetically βso you want to reorder or cancel?β

β β β β β Price was $260 for 5 people. The place was very big and during peak times the yum cha carts will go around very frequently. The food was 4/5 but overall service and vibes make it 5/5

β β β β β It's always super busy for Yum Cha, no matter what day of the week. Be prepared to wait. However, dinner time has great ambience and you can reserve a private room also. Fresh live seafood, ask for the price and weight. Excellent service and food came out promptly
