★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give these guys a zero I would. Appalling record keeping. I purchased some artwork and never received a tracking number. Upon requesting one the customer service person couldn't give me one but said that dispatch 'told him' that my purchase had been delivered. Untrue. They have not provided me with any tracking number or any actual information about my purchase, which wasn't cheap! I am now having to try and get a refund through Paypal, what a big waste of time and energy. Totally unacceptable Grays Online, I would expect at a very minimum that a major operation such as yourselves would have such a basic system running, in that you can supply a tracking number for a purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Grays for years. From their very early days. I have made amazing purchases and have been able to return goods if they have not been as described or if they have been faulty. The staff have been friendly and very helpful. I am disappointed that they are now concentrating on Industrial type Auctions - many Australian based. Only occasionally are there Auctions of interest to me. I am sure they will have lost a lot of customers because of this.
