★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sold an artwork with this auction house. Beware of their blase' attitude towards making correct payments and take responsibility for their mistakes.
All went well, until I found out money missing from their transfer - they mistakenly made a transfer with an exchange from NZ$ to British Pounds, in spite I asked them to make the transfer to my NZ$ Account.
They are now ghosting me, when I tried to make them accountable for the missing amount (in excess of 1,200NZ$).
