β β β β β I am absolutely disgusted in the quality of this bike, constantly fixing things on it in the 2 weeks use after been given to my son for his birthday. I have had no contact about the faulty tube. My father is a mechanic he said it's a faulty tube. The bike is kept in a shed yet most the screws and metal parts are already going rusty. 1st it arrived with the wrong seat and stickers peeling off. I was offered $50 refund for that which was fine. Emailed 2 week ago about the tyre tube. I know we are in lock down but I received the $50 refund wail in lockdown so not as tho they arnt getting emails.

β β β β β Bought a foldable ebike from these guys 14 months ago. Yesterday it literally snapped in half in use going max speed on the road. Unfortunately it only had a 1 year warranty so nothing to be done. Proceed with caution purchasing bikes from Green Eden.
