★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My interaction with this business was quite disappointing. I got a voucher for 10 kg of beef from Harvey Norman. I submitted it to Green Meadows Beef, but I got shocked with the confirmation email saying my order will be sent in 30 WORKING days (or 42 calendar day). I thought they are going to raise the cow during this time. I contacted them and asked why it takes too long to send my order? The response was even more disappointing. The way they are perceiving the orders is like they are doing a favour to customers by sending their orders and also it seems they are doing some sort of rationing to be able to fulfil all orders. They think it is quite normal for customers to wait for 42 days to get their order. It reminded me of the WWII movies where people had to queue to get rations.
It seems they have serious supply issues and yet they participate in promotional plans with retailers such as Harvey Norman.
