★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun friendly staff. I was a little disappointed in the finished product as it seemed they were being very careful about how much polish was used so coverage was very thin/uneven. I would go back again and give them another go though as staff and experience was good and they have more accessible hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here for a year. Lovely ladies. Products are all genuine and stay on. Expect long wait times. They accept anyone that walks in the door but only have a couple of nail techs on hand so on average, even when you book it takes 1 to 1.5 hrs to get yr sns nails done. More expensive then any other nail saloon. Since Lilly left, it's a mismanagement mess. Ladies in here are all over the show and miscommunication and quality has been poor. Shame really but Lilly was their only efficient and reliable nail tech. Trying other saloons now I can definitely say in comparison the products used here are far superior to other salons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place to get my eyelashes and nails done about a month ago. The lovely lady that did my eyelashes was so sweet and they were done really well and lasted me a whole month. The lady that did my nails however I found to be quite rude and she was really rough and painful with me and my nails. I had asked for a particular nail art and said if they couldn't do it id rather them do something else but she was adamant she could do it and they turned out horrible. The rating reflects the one lady that did my nail art poorly, as I feel that the rest of the spa is really good I just had a bad experience with one worker. Will however be returning to get my nails done again as everyone else in the place were very sweet :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a powder manicure for 45 minutes, I had other commitments that day, but aat the end it took 2 hours to do a very bad manicure. I am so disappointed. I will never go there again. My apologies, but if you can not do a proper manicure you need to change your occupation.

Went in for lashes. The new lash girl told me she only started learning 3 weeks ago while setting up & was still getting the hang of it ? Not really something you want to hear! While I was getting them done, the staff outside the room were mucking around in the salon. Playing loud videos on their phones at the same time, hitting each other & playing games. There was a dog that was running around barking & came in the room I was in. I usually don’t really care about this kind a stuff but it became irritating hearing the staff roll around in the chairs laughing & playing videos from their phones. Not exactly a professional & relaxing salon experience.
I requested to get mega lashes which is the most expensive on their price list & I always get them. I looked in the mirror and didn’t see a difference from when I walked in. They were the same length as my real lashes & were so tiny I could barely see them! What a waste of time & money! When I went to pay, the dog kept biting on my pants & jumping up on me - I don’t mind cause I love dogs but it did leave rips at the bottom of my pants. Another thing I’d like to point out is how young one of their staff members look. He looks under age & by the sound of his voice I’m pretty sure he is. Maybe 13 or 14? It just doesn’t seem right.
As soon as I left & went home, lashes started falling out from the corners of both eyes ☹️
A loyal customer for Green nails for ages & I was so disappointed with my recent experience. I wasted time & $85 for that. Never coming back again as staff have changed & it just isn’t at it’s usual professional state. Missing the old girls who were the best! They always remembered my name & always left me feeling 5 stars after leaving! Will look for another salon close to home. Such a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome job, considering my hands are pretty much the climber - boulderer / lifter / gardener / all round haututu. I work in hospitality so clean fingernails / hands are a must. I’m a no fuss personality so the work for I wanted was on point. Although I wasn’t used to their process. Another nail salon I used to frequent had theirs locked down to trim, file, soak, massage, colour then uv. Who’s to say what’s right or wrong, right? My nail tech was and still is awesome regardless. Recommend to book.
