★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan is by far the best nail technician I have tried, she is kind, fast and makes sure that you are happy with her work.
She has being doing my nails for 2+ years. I have tried shellac, acrylics and SNS on my nails and the results have always been great durable shiny nails!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience here will not return was met with hostility and eye rolling which I feel was unnecessary, was forced to prepay or I would of left the appointment early I was so uncomfortable. Also realised my nail was broken and painted over a hour or so after leaving so nail was broke the same day of getting them done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here you’ll receive anything BUT professional services. The lady I had, didn’t understand English, painted my nails clear and then once she realised, buffed them off, gave me the wrong colour until the final layer of like 9 at this point. Tried 5 attempts at the nail art which was a joke. Colours were awful, prices steep. End result was something I was embarrassed to show anyone. I usually don’t post bad reviews but this experience has had me very upset so I recommend against going to this salon to get your nails done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in the customer service, only 3 staff there but accepting most clients, leaving multiple people sitting there waiting for service while others are getting one thing done then having to wait aswell. one of my hands had nails clearly longer then the other and definitely not the shape I wanted, I asked the lady doing my nails to fix them multiple times and she reacted out of anger and frustration towards me, also grabbed my hands in a very angry way when i said i still could see a big difference in length, the people i was with also noticed and said it was not okay, i will definitely not be coming back, horrible service and not worth your money! if you want your nails to look nice, i would definitely suggest going anywhere else.

Super amazing customer service and great quality provided.
Also they have a good range of nail colour selection for customer to choose from.
Staffs there are very talented, they definitely know what they are doing and have a lot services to offer to their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had bad experiences with other ProfessioNail branches before and heard horror stories from friends about other branches as well. ProfessioNail in Takapuna is a completely different experience. The staff are lovely and really take care of you and your nails. If there is a smudge or mistake they take time to redo it. They also offer great advice on maintaining the health of your nails and on upkeep. I have been going there for over two years now and even now that I've moved further away, I still prefer to go there as I don't trust any other place to do such a good job. I recommend them to anyone who asks where I get my nails done.
