I took 4 group lessons over the course of a week and the team was very flexible about spacing them out over several days. I learnt a lot about ocean safety and surfing technique in a relaxed and fun environment. I would definitely recommend Green Wave!

Whether teaching a 41 year old that’s never surfed (me) or an 11 year old that’s at the beginning of her surfing journey (my daughter) they adopt a friendly, informative and encouraging approach. And it works - we both caught a load of waves, met some great people and had loads of fun in the process!
I would definitely recommend Green Wave if you’re interested in surf lessons in Raglan, which is surely a “must do”!

I felt really comfortable with them and they were great at reassuring me and building my confidence. I’d definitely take more lessons next time I’m in Raglan with Green Wave.

The lesson was fantastic, there was very clear communication about safety and everyone understood what we needed to do. It all felt very safe and supportive in the water. Very easy and clear communications, I felt comfortable and safe in the water as well. The team was very friendly and supportive! Massive thanks to Wes & Bing for helped and encouraged me a lot.
