β β β β β I heard about green side insulation services through a work colleague. I contacted Tom in relation to underfloor installation and ceiling installation. He and his team were quick to assess and quote the job and found a cancellation to install the product properly after lockdown. I was so impressed I had them go to a rental property in Raglan and complete the same service (unsubsidised) I then contacted them again to assess our personal dwelling for the subsidised heat pump installation. They were quick to come and assess the property and the heat pump was installed the following week. It was a difficult install as this is a character dwelling and they accommodated my needs around insuring a discrete installation very well. They even shared lunch with me on their arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for the installation team. I would highly recommend their services.

β β β β β Outstanding service. I organised for insulation and a heatpump to be installed at my father's house. Everything was done very promptly with great communication. All the paperwork for the subsidy was organised by them, it was the easiest process ever. I thought the 80% subsidy was too good to be true and there might be hidden costs but there weren't. I would highly recommend Antony and the team at Greenside. The heatpump installer was also great. He was very helpful to my elderly father by moving a little bit of furniture back in place after the job was done. Thank you Greenside.

They were thorough, communicated well throughout the process and did an awesome job. Absolutely pleased with the outcome... Neat and tidy work, professional, easy to deal with...

β β β β β I have had both insulation and a heatpump installed by this company.
Insulation:
I left a key somewhere so they could get in while I was at work. The key was left in the door, and the door unlocked when I got home. Not a very safe way to leave a customer's home ! The insulation is spilling out the bottom of my house, and I have a sneaking suspicion that the type of insulation installed is not what I discussed with the salesman.
Heatpump install:
I paid extra for a wall mount so that I could build a deck underneath the outdoor unit. They came and installed, one of the installers barely spoke any English, then after they'd left I saw they'd installed brackets on the ground, and put the outdoor unit on the ground ! So of course I had to get them back to rectify that mistake. The contact centre person who I was dealing with was quick to call me back the next day to get them back that same week at least...
