★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never written a single review about any shops or restaurants but since I am really disappointed about how the staff treated me there on Saturday morning (15/05). “A smile would hurt”, yes I came in and not a simple greeting was performed, at least greet your customers, thats is the basic thing you need to do. Ignore the fact that there was no one there minded to ask me if i need help with anything even there was 3 staff there. When i walked out, all the staff were staring at me ( I don’t know why you guys behaved like that?) without saying simple things like thank you or see you. Really disappointed about the behaviour so even the design and quality is excellent, i still don’t wanna get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went shopping in NM all afternoon and couldn't find anything that fitted me and was on the verge of tears.
The last store I popped into was Ruby, with fairly low expectations.
Instead, I was welcomed with a full range of clothes that were in my size and I had the most incredible sales assistant... it's like someone had answered my prayers.
Being a curvy girl with all the mum curves too, it felt like an impossible mission but Ruby made it possible. Definitely spent a little more than I wanted to but it was worth every cent in service and body acceptance... Thank you xx
I wish I knew the name of the girl that served me, she is a keeper!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always had a pleasant experience shopping at Ruby but unfortunately service has seriously declined in the last year at the Newmarket store. In my most recent visit with my daughter the two girls behind the counter didn't acknowledge us at all, just kept talking about their weekend like we weren't there. Very unfortunate since my daughter was looking forward to getting some new clothes.
