★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with the service this time around and poor communication. Did not advise of charges clearly - and charged me twice for labour when car had already been checked and I had only dropped it off to get a quote if the parts were available.
They came in quite steep as compared to others to do the same job ( I checked with 4 other mechanics in Hamilton ) Have had a positive experience in the past but really disappointed this time around!

That's a false reply.Moreover the charges were communicated only after the service was delivered. It's like going to countdown and there is no price written for the item you purchasing and when you go to checkout they tell you this is the amount you have to pay and as you have picked up the product you will have to purchase it. That's what happened with grey Street. Thank you
