★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sure they're fine with adults but simply do not bring your children here. I'd normally go to Elias in the city but thought I'd try closer as I live in Hamilton East and my 3yo needs a cut at least monthly. Nice enough people, a bit curt but that's fine when people are busy (they did only have one waiting as it was morning on a Thursday). The person asked what we get, I said "a zero fade..." He cut me off and said "No I won't do a zero, I simply do not have the patience for it and look how much he is moving. No, lowest I'll go it a 2". My son was excited and want to look at the guy as he was talking to me about the cut, that was all. It was downhill from there. My boy did turn his head and such a few times, like a 3yo, and he was excited, but nothing more than usual kids. The most uncomfortable, unwelcoming experience with a haircut I've ever had to deal with. I almost took my child off the chair mid cut and as I look back I realise I should have. When he finished he kept going on about how "hard" the cut was "but we got through it" ugh. Never once had a problem at Elias or Just Cuts and my son was 1-3 then! They're too precious and can only deal with adults is my experience, don't take your children here. $30 later. The place was clean and looked stylish however we will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great cut. Glad to see how cautious they are toward Covid and they do take it seriously to minimize chance of spreading it. My only gripe with them is that there's no online booking. I hate to queue and to wait for 4-5 people ahead of me.
