β β β β β A crib was requested for my 2 year old son we got given a small portacot no way he could fit in there I expected a cot to already be set up when we arrived. No blankets were included other places we have been to have provided blankets. The receptionist wasn't even wearing a mask when we checked in she was very rude will never visit again.

β β β β β We had to go to Greymouth for work and always take our Rottweiler fur baby everywhere, hence how we found Kiwi Holiday Park. Well what an absolute delight the owner and her staff are. More than accommodating and made us feel completely at home. Our timeframe for booking was a bit jumbled here and there, but not to worry. She was so accommodating, helpful, friendly and understanding. Every-time we go to Greymouth now, we will be booking with this wonderful business. Well done, so impressed

β β β β β The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome very comfortable beds and the spa pool was the perfect end after a long day on the golf course thanks for everything you did for us we thank you and will be staying next time we head down to Greymouth awesome job ??

β β β β β I had to come to greymouth for a week and brought food and the like with me. The fridge in the cabin i was in froze the food I had put in there due to it running continuously. Due to the continuous running of the fridge all night i didn't sleep well. Also not all the lights worked in the cabin. And the light above the men's urinal in the toilet block didn't work either. Only having one power point in the cabin for today's technology was abit off putting. On the plus side the room was clean and tidy.

β β β β β While the owner was very nice and the location is ok, the room we stayed in was disgusting! First off, the room smelled like urine, Black mould in the fridge, on the curtains and in some spots on the walls. Cockroaches in the rooms and the shared amenities. Unkept outdoor areas and an unstable chrildrens play area. We will most definitely not recommend to anyone! Would rather have slept in a tent or a car or under a bridge.

β β β β β Lovely and clean 4 person 2 room unit. Top points for that. Everything you needed. 2 days it rained the TV was a little frustrating but adequate and did the job. Would stay again.

β β β β β This place is a serious health hazard, the owner forgot our booking even though it was booked for a month and she was reminded of it a hour before we arrived. She then tried to charge more than had been agreed too when the booking was made. The beds had not been made at which point I was given 2 filthy (covered in food or???) blankets and a stained quilt with 3 sheets covered in animal hair. To make 3 beds. The room stunk of a combination of urine and smoke. the only positive aspect to this dive was the refund and moving to a clean campground just down the road that was more than accomidating and so clean.
