★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "A Little Bit of This, A Little bit of That" is a very authentic Gujarati cook book. The recipes are just like how my Gujarati parents-in-law cooked food for the family. I have also purchased the Gujarati/English spice labels. Great for passing on knowledge of the Gujarati language to kids and grandkids. Both highly recommended. After purchasing this book I've been able to quickly make a meal and learn about all the different spices. Wherever I'm living my cook book follows me! So thankful for having an English written gujurati cook book, I love it so much that I purchased as a gift for my friend too!

This cookbook has so many easy to follow recipes, and best of all using ingredients that are not hard to find. Having tackled many of the recipes in this book, cooking Indian food at home is not that hard at all. I believe all lovers of Indian food should have one of these books in their kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I do not cook authentic Indian food much, one of my favourite fortnightly recipes is in this book - a crumbed chicken recipe that all of my children love. The book is so beautifully written and easy to follow. I am looking forward to trying out more recipes from the book.
