★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pumps are automated, no need to go line up in the shop. The place is clean, the tyre pump works and it's right next to the police station so it's easy to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I had used a self service petrol station but to be honest I don't know why I was so worried. The instructions on the pumps is very clear and concise the transaction went through very easily which left filling the car up which was very easy to. The instructions for me were in English I did not notice if there were other languages available, just a thought. Access to the pumps was very easy as was rejoining the traffic home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My local some good staff however sometimes maybe a little peoples skill needs to be added to their development ? Yes I'm Maori and tangata whenua and I'm sure most of your staff grew up and went to local schools and know this. So when a Maori walks in and says Kia ora they mean greetings to you fellow ira tangata human being. It would be nice if a reply is acknowledged even if its in your own language I love ? that let's me know you greet me with aroha too. Rather than an ignorant look of disgust and arrogance. Train your staff managers you will lose business from any culture let alone your gas prices. ? thats another blurb Be kind staff and it will be reciprocated.
