Tyre City Henderson - the absolute cheek of you people! First you lure me in with your crazy fantastically priced tyres… and they’re not the cheap and nasty tyres that you need to replace before you’ve even finished paying them off - no no no! They are excellent quality, highly recommended tyre brands! What?! I know! The suspicion meter is on high alert….. So I get drawn in with the pricing and I know there must be a catch right? Of course there must! Ready to hear about all of the extra costs, or to be told that a more expensive tyre will be ‘so much better’, I start dealing with an actual real person. This person (in my case it was Dylan) was so helpful and so knowledgeable that I can’t even cope! He actually seemed happy to answer ALL of my questions (and there were many!) with kindness AND honesty?! What are you doing Tyre City Henderson? Are you crazy employing this person? He goes on to tell me that the price of the tyres includes fitting and balancing AND that he can do a wheel alignment for me at a price that I actually have trouble believing. This is just madness! So I push my luck…and I ask for an appt the next business day! Ha! That will ruffle some feathers! Except it didn’t! It was no problem at all. Nothing was a problem! When I arrived at Tyre City Henderson the whole process was so easy. In and out within the timeframe I was given. When does that ever happen? Advice given on how to get the most out of my new tyres. What? Wait - don’t you want me to burn through my tyres so I need to buy more? I don’t understand…. ‘After sale service’ including a free rotate and balance after 10,000kms AND a text message reminder when I’m due for a wheel alignment. You had me at ‘after sale service’ Tyre City Henderson! I mean, how do you get away with this? Great location, excellent deals, wonderful staff, professional service, honesty and integrity, going the extra mile… Don’t you know how rare it is to find any of these things these days?! I’m writing this to make sure other people know just exactly what you’re up to! And I’m not afraid to say that you've really gone and done it now! I refuse to go anywhere else for tyre maintenance, wheel alignments, wheel balancing, puncture repairs or any of the other many services you provide! And guess what? I put a lot of time and research into exposing you and you can’t stop me sharing with others what I have found out about you Tyre City Henderson! You should be ashamed of yourself for being so awesome!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, worked out and fixed the problem straight away. They were respectful, and working through the new years break, which is amazing. Thanks guys!

Limped into Tyre City with a flat tyre and the team cheerfully, efficiently and cost--effectively repaired the tyre and got me on the road again in no time. Thanks!

I went and got wheel alignment and wheel balance recently and about 4 days later I noticed my front left wheel centre cap was missing. I rang Cheryl, and she said she would go back through camera footage to see if it was left off. It wasn't , but she said it may not of been put on properly there end and that if I sort a replacement they would pay for it. Long story, short, Hyundai no longer did the colour I had so I had to buy a set of 4 in another colour. I took the quote to Cheryl and no problem she gave me cash I am very pleased with the generosity of the company. It's a rare thing these days.
