β β β β β The guys at gun city a really helpful even if they are unsure on something they try their best to advise you. Great range of firearms and accessories, i always enjoy going in and having a chat about new gear. However something to work on would be just to have all the tools to mount a scope, brought mine in a few weeks back and they were unable to bore sight it because the guy couldn't find the Allen key. he was really apologetic but was a bit of a shame. still would recommend, just if the scope mounting area was tidier would have been easier for the staff.

β β β β β Love shopping at a place where staff know what they are talking about. Purchased a few rifles and shot guns here and have never been disappointed. The advice is always sound, the price is reasonable and stock is up to date. One of my favourite places.

β β β β β Great variety of quality products, and a highly knowledgeable team to help when needed. And if something isn't right, they put it right. I recently had a problem with a jacket I'd purchased. I reached out to the team by email and soon received a reply from Barry, followed up with excellent in-store service from Jordon. Jordon looked at the jacket and asked me what I'd like to see happen - what a great question! I asked for a replacement - which was actioned instantly. Can't get better after-sales service than that! Thanks Barry and Jordon!
