I was overwhelmed with the info that I ended up going home and explaining it all so I knew what to get, next day went and bought the fishing rod he had suggested. A man with an accent was on the floor checking to see if customers were ok including myself, he tried to get Brett to assist but he was super busy so got someone else to help. Enjoyed my experience, Mene who served me was friendly and welcoming

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big store, great range of stock. Had to go asking for help after staring blankly at fishing rods, but they grabbed someone that was able to answer all the questions (filled my quota couple of days later when went fishing). Nearly walked out the door, glad I didn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average store in regards to stock. Alot of sizes were either xs or 3xl in clothing. This was the third time/visit that I have taken items up to the counter and the price shown was different to what the person at the till said I owed. Always check the price tag as the tag and the till don't corolate.
I'll head to the shore next time unfortunately . The north shore branch is the better store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not my usual store. Huge selection of goods. Got what I wanted. Only thing was that when I got home the boots I got where both right feet... must have got the east auckland style. Needed the west auckland style of a left and right foot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience at the store, seemed like they had quite an extensive variety of all things camping, hunting, fishing, etc and the team use many of ther products themselves. I experienced excellent customer service by Zac, who was quite knowledgeable about the handful of items I was after. I selected things via their website beforehand but they didn't have one of the items in stock. Zac was very good at recommending an alternative which fit the bill and shared his own experience ising the product which was very helpful. It ended up being cheaper too which was a bonus.
