★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought branded item from this shop 6 months ago, the owner's son stated that if there is any problem please bring it back we will fix it but when we brought it back the owner straight up refused to fix the item or provide any resolution. The owner started yelling and started telling me that it was my fault when clearly the product was faulty. Would never shop from here. I should have seen the reviews before buying from here. I wish i could give 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a glass top gas stove from this place and two months after using the glass just exploded to pieces luckily no one was hurt but the owners response was it must be our fault and we don't provide guarantees. Why do you sell such product then?? Not pleased with their CS and never going back there. they like to fill their pockets only do not care after that!
