★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beauty service provided by the therapist was worst I ever had since I am in nz ....I went for face bleach and facial today and requested for wax as ..as i wad unable to c my fave staff lied that after bleach my facial hairs have turned golden brown ..which actually I found were still black and same as before after they finished off everything..I informed therapist that it has no effect and she lied
But she didn't bother ..massage on my face was too rough that I requested to finish in 30 min instead of 45 min..coz I couldn't stand ....during wax ...wax strips were tearing off and sticking back to my skin coz of inappropriate temperature of wax....and moreover staff was consistently discussing in front of consumers about who will go on break first and how trapped they are at work...

Poor phone manner
Clothing side of business is pretty much dead the only thing that has the place running is the so called beauty parlour
I went in asking for a facial and the lady was using a smelly blue kitchen wipe on my face the overall experience was sloppy and disgusting I'm NEVER going back save your money and go else where honestly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mainly visit the parlour here which is usually pretty decent. Some of the girls don't do a very good job and brush it off saying "okay let it grow back and rework it next time" but really if you're prepping for a certain occasion within the next few days, there's no time to rework for that. I feel like it is a bit of a hit and miss here. Some girls are awesome whereas some not so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ during lockdown last yr, i had gone for threading, i noticed that the worker over there did not change gloves between customers. When my turn came, i had asked her to change gloves n do hand hygiene, she had replied that the owner has instructed not to change gloves betw customers due to cost. Since than i have stopped going there. Pathetic, hopeless service, very unhygienic.They should not operate even during these covid times, money hungry idiots
