Could do with some real good customer service. Not only do we want to receive help but to be able to be assured that the client will receive excellent care is a bonus. The last thing you want is caregivers standing by the stairwell puffing on a cigarette. ?☹️

A string of text messages everyday saying how the employees they rostered on are unavailable. Worst care ever! How are they even operating!!!

I was visiting the doctor's today and the parking was full. So I parked in one of their many free parking spots and was waiting for somebody to leave that I can move my car. While I was waiting a women looked out of the window and started yelling at me that I need to move my car. She was really aggressive even that I assured her that I was just waiting for the patient that just came out of the clinic to move her car. She just kept yelling at me from the window. When I asked her why she is so aggressive towards me she only kept saying very unfriendly MOVE. Great day to you too.

My mama went into hospital and they put her cares on hold. Called up to let Pacific homecare know she was home and was told they would resume her services. Six days later I call back to find out that they still have her cares on hold ? Meanwhile no-one has notified us. Switching to another provider.
