★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called PBS when our hot water heater failed early in winter. I rang early, before they opened, and the very helpful receptionist took my details and got back to me within 15 minutes. A plumber arrived an hour later and the problem (broken element) was fixed by mid-morning. By early afternoon we had hot water again. We were pleasantly surprised at the bill too, especially as they responded so quickly to our urgent request. Will definitely use these guys again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend PBS. Poor workmanship and not following manufacturers specification led to 2 failed council inspections during fire installation. They cut the flu and lining shorter than in specs and then charged us for more flu and lining to fix them not doing it correctly in first place. Was charged extra for each failed inspection as had to have council out to reinspect. Due to the mistakes and having to pay to fix them has cost almost $1000 above quoted price. So would avoid them.
