★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive had a bad experience in the past when the business owner was away, but he actually came back and turned things around.
Not many business owners reach out for their customers to try and make them happy ? not a shisha cafe owners in NZ anyway.
I like the new change will definitely give them a visit to see the change in person!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've always come here, never really had any problem till tonight(literally right now) we got here at 11:45pm ordered a large pizza, and it's 2am now, we still haven't received anything. Already fuming because of the long 3 hour wait, just to be told that our pizza was given to another table who had already eaten from it. So unprofessional and very annoying. Wont be coming back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to enjoy our first night of 2022 here as we regularly visit. The most disgusting experience we have ever had. I don't know if the Cafe is under New management, but the staff from the very start were ridiculously rude. The checkout operator was a tall lad with curly hair - he treated our group so badly. Didn't have shisha flavors available and then when asked why we were being charged so much ( 2x shishas and a bottle of water = $106) he responded by saying that public holiday surcharge rule was decided by the government, not him.
Both our shisha flavours were not up to the Habibi standard at all. We weren't asked to show our vaccine passes either which is obviously not compliant with the government rules. We were there for about 20 mins and our shisha flavours had already burnt out.
Being regulars for almost 7 years, I don't think we will be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't come here if you want to have a full experience because if you need to use the restrooms after food and drinks, you won't find any within the venue.
You then need to go and find an open public toilet (which are gross) or hope that ANOTHER business lets you use their toilets.
I know that they have a bathroom but the owner doesn't want guests to use it.
Please sort it out, council is informed.
