About Haddrell's of Cambridge
Haddrell’s of Cambridge was established in 1993 by Richard and Moira Haddrell with just fifteen beehives and a great passion for honey.
Cambridge is a small, rural town in the lush dairy farming region of Waikato, in the North Island of New Zealand.
Richard and Moira’s vision was to produce 100% natural bee products, made to the highest standards using New Zealand honey and environmentally sustainable methods.
Today Haddrell’s of Cambridge is famous for quality Mānuka honey exported all over the world. We have thousands of beehives and millions of bees gathering the precious nectar from New Zealand’s native Mānuka tree.
Haddrell’s of Cambridge honey is direct from the beekeepers. Our dedicated team look after our beehives all year round, harvest the honey and pack it with care, that’s full vertical integration.
Our honey facility is state of the art with independent accreditations: SQF Food Safety Programme, RMP (Risk Management Programme) and Halal by the Federation of Islamic Associations NZ (FIANZ).
