★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service.... We had a power outage at our place at mid night - rang the WEL network - a technician arrived in 10 minutes time, checked,- power was not coming in to the property. Checked the box at the street and fixed it.... Can't thank them enough for the prompt service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Useless, told the public about a series of rolling blackouts and power outages only within 24hrs of this happening. No time to prepare and absolutely no support whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Force consumers to pay monthly line charges and then expect you to be grateful that they so kindly provide a ‘free service’. Perhaps line charges should be optional if the service is ‘free’ anyway.

Have been in contact throughout the day and received nothing but miserable customer service. Have been promised not one but THREE "URGENT" call backs today and not received a single one of them. More than one very rude/arrogant/snarky customer service operators. Outage website shows false and incorrect information.
Have had a power outage for 30 hours now.
Had a fault and was "repaired" by technician only for transformer to explode not long after.
No assistance with spoiled food. No cares or considerations at all.
Should be ashamed of themselves.
