★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting all the motorhome dealers in ChCh looking for a new camper, the staff at UCC were streets ahead of all the rest. A good trade in on my existing camper, we traded up to a Dethleffs Trend camper which in our opinion is the best value van on the market. Changeover was smooth and our new van was ready just as promised. Everything about the new van was explained in detail before we set off on our journey home. Can't fault this dealership in any way, thanks to Rob, Ross, Sarah and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most impressed! Friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. I had a gas locker fitted in a confined space, requiring considerable skill and care. UCC produced the perfect solution in a short time and at a reasonable price. They also carried out work on self containment with equal efficiency. I seldom have the opportunity to recommend a company so highly. Do not hesitate to use their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing positive to say about the after sales service of this company. Very poor communication once they have sold their vans. Would expect this level of service from a cheap used car salesman. No response months later on requests for parts to the stage we sourced elsewhere.

His approach to me was not good he looked and treated me like i had no money and tire kicking
I asked him about a moter home sitting out the back and he looked me up and down and roudly said how deep are your pockets
I told him what i was in the market for and wanted something that the sides poped out and again aragantly asked why that was end of deal with this place if any one has somthing i have a budget of 150000

Although we live in the north island ,we will continue to use their services. We have full confidence in their ability.
