★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun place to go for a welcoming chat while you have your hair done...I regularly get my hair cut here and recently had Fushia Flash put in that came up amazing...I'm so happy both Erica and Sheree listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered and where I wasnt sure helped me make awesome choices with colours and cuts. They bring the Experience and the Sass to any Hair Appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible haircut. Never had a haircut so poorly done. Was told to "stay extremely still, dont even talk" and she cut all the way across the back in one go. No sectioning, no combing through or checking it was straight. Very uneven and looks like it has been hacked. Then cut into the front, had asked for soft layers, got strange short bits looked like it has been chopped into. Again no water spray, combing, sectioning or checking. Very uneven. She agreed by phone to a refund but she changed her mind and gave me less than half back. Would NOT recommend, not what you would expect from a hair cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for the worst colour I've ever had. Hairdresser quoted me a price, then during the treatment, told me a long winded story of how it was under priced, and how she only made commission from this. I decided to tip her, but alas, they wouldn't give out any cash, so couldn't. The toilets out back are disgusting - dirty, no soap, no towel. Just would not recommend sorry. Happy if others have good experiences, but I didn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Cherie cut my hair, such lovely service from her and would recommend coming back.
However, I was a little confused with the clash of the visual design of the space inside.
Customers are going to be sitting in their seats for a while, and it becomes obvious during that time (you'll have plenty of it) to look at the wall, you'll notice it's been unpainted and there's no consistent theme involved with the interior.
Unless you like corrugated iron, of course.
7/10 would definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erica really cares about her clients and provides a highly professional service at a very reasonable cost. She is an awesome colourist and provides excellent advice. She recommends exactly the right products at good prices, which last for months and make a huge difference, improving hair quality and extending the life of the colour :)
