β β β β β Last week I visited haircuts for haircuts(bush inn). Then, I came to know that rudeness is their policy. I had a very bad experience with them. The lady who served me was a kind of racist. Her name is Mery, she was very very rude from beginning till the end of my haircut. She never used a word βPleaseβ. She was very very rude. When I went to make the payment, bill was 12$ I gave 3$ cash and I said I want to pay 9$ by card. At that time she made a payment of 10$ by card without my permission and throwed the remaining cash on the table harshly. I never had this kind of poor customer service in New Zealand.
Next day, I made a complaint to manager through phone call on mery. She asked apologies on behalf of mery. Then, I told I need sorry from mery for her rude behaviour. Manager promised me that she gonna arrange a call from mery next day and she send two free vouchers to my address in lieu of apology. I waited for two days for the phone call. I have contacted manager later on. Manager told me that mery is not happy to say sorry. Thatβs the reason she send me two vouchers instead of one voucher.
I teared off the vouchers after receiving a message from manager(Mischelle).

β β β β β We went to Haircuts for haircuts in South City, and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. The daughter's owner was on the till and when I asked for a simple explanation on a price differentiation she was EXTREMELY rude and did not conduct herself in a professional manner. One must remember to speak respectfully to their clients. She lost 3 customers that day, because my family all had their haircuts there previously.

β β β β β Exceedingly rude behaviour and very poor haircut, my hair actually looked worse when I came out than when I went in. The stylist that cut my hair was Spanish or Mexican looking, never smiled or spoke, just made grunting noises. Based on other reviews I'm amazed they are still in business.NEVER again will I have my haircut at Bush Inn Haircuts for Haircuts, - appalling!!!!

β β β β β What a terrible service by the lady (short lady black hair), Don't tell your customer that your child is screaming when she wasn't crying and you clearly didn't want to cut her hair. Friendly advice if you don't want to cut hair then possibly look for another job :)

β β β β β terrible hair cut, asked for a cute curly bob just above my shoulder and now my once long (mid back) ringlet curls are reduced to a terrible bob with awful layers I didn't ask for, cut right on the curl line making them flick out. I look like prince caspian or timothee chalamet. Won't be going back.

Update: been a number of times now, always different staff but service is OK. As no appointments waiting times can vary
